Tessa supports teams, innovators and organisations turn their ideas, theories or strategies into interactive experiences that make people feel, understand and act.

Whether it’s a complex vision, a new innovation, or a new strategy — she helps translate it into something people can engage with: a serious game, workshop, learning journey or immersive experience. One that invites dialogue, sharpens understanding, and drives real-world change.

Instead of pushing information top-down, Tessa prefers to design bottom-up formats that create ownership, spark conversation, and activate people from within. Her design approach centres innovation in the middle — and builds the experience around three things: engagement, reflection and action.

Tessa works with all kinds of entrepreneurs & teams and organisation from startups to SMEs to public institutions. She often collaborates with creative partners such as Involv, Noorderwind and New Future Lab.

Tessa studied Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences at TU Delft. Buildings turned out to be too literal – she wanted to design new systems, relationships and experiences. And on how people encounter themselves and each other in them. Her experience with systems change, co-creation and behavioural design allows her t move fluently between the big picture and the practical detail. Tessa works from curiosity, with an eye for people and systems.
